ABOUT ILMS

Integrated Litigation Management System (ILMS) is an integrated tech enabled platform for managing court cases and litigation process for the Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of Jharkhand.
ILMS is designed to support Education officials

• To simplify the departmental procedure followed for allocation of court cases to concerned officers and the approval of statement of facts to be submitted to the court in response to the petitions filed against the Department.
• To provide access of database and information about the pending litigation in the Education Department of Jharkhand, cases which have to be complied in accordance with the judgment pronounced by various Courts.
• To give an overview of the court cases to the Department, manage them through automation and digitisation of workflow of departmental procedures and bringing together the database for effective decision making.
